It is operated solely for demonstration and testing of innovative new learning tools and scalable operational solutions. It is designed exclusively for the Talencentrum Defensie (TCD), part of the Netherlands Ministry of Defence.

Access to this system is strictly controlled and limited to authorized personnel. Entry requires explicit, pre-approved credentials from TCD.
