  1. What are your immediate priorities to kick off this project successfully?

identify who are my stakeholder (negative/postive reaction)


 

  1. Which 2-3 stakeholders (leaders) do you perceive as most critical to engage first, and why? What are their likely initial adoption levels for NovaPac (Unaware, Awareness, Interest, etc.) before you interact with them?

1. Sarah (impatient, competitive, strong effort – CRM change management involve her team with a lot of effort but with a good result)
2. Markus (avoid risck, “wait & see attitude”, high experienced, he needs detail for himself and his team – to conserve no stress enviromental)
3. David (analytic data, rigor, risk mitigation, he need to see payback)


 

  1. What are your initial thoughts on how to approach these critical leaders (individually, as a group, specific messages) to build awareness and begin to understand their perspectives?

Sarah should be involved individually because she’s abel to convice her team: the market involved could guarantee high margins
Markus should be involved individual + team to show that AI could guarantee good results without too big effort for the team, teams need to be onbording. Big team needs a clear project (also in training)
David (he needs to see fact data number, transparent and time line: his team follow him, so we need to convince him)
